Somerset's Caroline Faithfull, a swimmer with Down's Syndrome, has achieved a remarkable feat by winning British championships and breaking records in the pool. With a lifetime collection of 272 medals, she's a member of the Down Syndrome GB swim team and recently claimed gold, silver, and bronze medals at the European championships in Portugal.
